Swedish Speaking Customer Service Representative position is open at our prestigious multinational partner who operates a business support center in Budapest. This company employs experts worldwide and is in need of professionals to join their Shared Service Centre in Budapest.
As a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Representative you are responsible for receiving and handling incoming customer calls, e-mails and offer the highest standard of customer support and assisting customers with Web navigation. You have to collaborate with purchasing and accounts payable teams.
In a role of Swedish Speaking Customer Service Representative you have to follow business procedures andfollow agreed audit procedures for financially implicated actions as well. You will communicate in English and in Swedish every day so that you can improve your language skills.
