Job Description

Swedish or Norwegian Order Desk Representative position is open at our client who is a prestigious manufacturing company operating a Shared Service Centre in Budapest. They are seeking for new colleagues for their expanding office in Budapest.

The responsibilities of the Order Desk Representative are the following:

• Manage the ordering processes, monitor stock levels
• Maintain and follow up of Purchase orders
• Resolve the appearing issues
• Managing customer orders
• Make reports on the given activities
• Coordinate export, import shipments, customs clearance, provide the necessary documents and certificates
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the master data in SAP
• Resolve the occurring issues
• Make reports on the given activities
• Liaise with the accounts department in connection with invoicing procedures and with the warehouse for dispatch to customers

To be considered as an ideal candidate you are required to have University or College degree and 0-3 years experience in Customer Service and/or Order Management preferably at a Shared Service Centre. Fresh graduates are also welcome. You are also required to have good analytical, strong problem solving skills along with flexibility. The candidate has to speak English and Swedish/Norwegian languages fluently. Previously gathered SAP knowledge is an advantage.
