What will be your role?
- Keep contact with Swedish partners via phone and e-mail
- Support them in basic IT issues
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Documentation and logging of calls
- If not of your competence, delegate problems to the competent teams
Who are you?
- You are fluent in Swedish and speak also English on intermediate level
- You have a customer focused mindset and good communication skills
- You are good in troubleshooting
- University degree is an advantage but not mandatory
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
