Job Description
Swedish Speaking HR Analyst position is open at our prestigious, multinational partner, who operates a Shared Service Center in Budapest and is a global leader in IT outsourcing. The company provides a professional working environment and offers you to take part in the process development of such a world-known company.
As a Swedish Speaking HR Analyst you will be responsible for manage employee queries, up-date their files in company’s system, help new-comers in the induction and preparing documents (contracts, reference letter). Your task will also involve selection and recruitment, support the HR department with new ideas and to help the development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
You are the ideal candidate for this Swedish Speaking HR Analyst position if you are fluent in English and Swedish and have BsC degree . You also have to be result oriented and have excellent communication skills.
Similar experience or degree in Human Resources can be an advantage.
