Swedish Speaking HR Services Associate position is open at our new client, operating a HR Service Center in Budapest.
As a HR Services Associate you are responsible for resolve employee and manager requests throughout phone and e-mail, guarantee a professional customer service to employees. You also have to update files of the employee in the internal system and participate in external audits.
You are the ideal candidate for HR Services Associate position if you are fluent in English and Swedish and you have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service is an advantage.
