As a French speaking Swiss Payroll SME you will be responsible for the accurate and timely payment of employee salaries.You will also have to establish and maintain payroll records new hires, leavers and transfers, validate all payments and deductions. In your daily work you should also review and change business processes to make payroll services more efficient and accurate, hereby increasing customer satisfaction.
You are an ideal candidate for this role if you speak fluent (or at least intermediate) English and French. You have at least 6 month experience in Swiss payroll and 1 year experience in French Payroll or in other Payroll. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred but Non-Degree Programs can be also good.
