Job Description:
- Good experience working in 24*7 Application Support projects
- Experience in product deployment and support
- Well versed with Application Support processes – SLA based services, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management etc
- ITIL Certified
- Expert in communication skills
- Expert in articulation
- Assertive, process driven, excellent in coordination skills
- Good at multi-tasking and managing changing priorities effectively
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate team meetings and one-on-one meetings with project team members and other stakeholders
- Report status to project stakeholders; escalate as necessary
- Good understanding of QSR domain / Point of Sale (POS) Support
Nice to have multi European language (Russian, Swedish, French, German, Greek , Czech to name a few) speaking skills
Qualifications:
Any Graduates
Minimum Experience: 4 Years
