Job Description
Role Purpose
Manage a team of Premier Field Engineers (PFE) and engage with customers within the Managed Support Business to achieve high customer satisfaction leading to effective product deployment and productive use of Microsoft technology.

In conjunction with Microsoft Services, Premier Field Engineering is empowered to provide end-to-end consulting, support and customer services that enable the rapid adoption, deployment and productive use of Microsoft products and technologies. Together with our partners, we develop and integrate the best knowledge and know-how in the industry with Microsoft products and technologies to solve customer problems.
Key Accountabilities
Manage a team of Premier Field Engineers (PFEs)
Responsible for ensuring the team delivers the highest levels of customer satisfaction in engagements
Collaborate with account teams to ensure appropriate renewals of service
Hiring
Responsible for providing all relevant information to the CEE PFE Area Lead to build the budget planning and Mid Year Results
Proven locator and attractor of talent
Demonstrate excellent business management by ensuring that accounts are renewed on time, supporting Services Project Managers, Technical Account Managers and Enterprise & Partner Group to upsell into target accounts and realizing additional revenue opportunities
Coach, mentor, develop team members and conduct performance reviews, acting as a point of escalation.
Work with other PFE Managers and PFE Readiness Manager on skill development to ensure PFE’s deliver on value proposition and new service offerings

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1) Essential Experience
Experience of and Passion for managing a team
Proven Management experience
Hungarian and English verbal and written is a must category requirements
History of working with strategic customers (FTSE 100)
Related industry experience
Exposure to senior executives and critical situations
IT industry experience including either account management, business management or consulting experience

Broad technical understanding
3) Personal Attributes/Interpersonal Skills

4) Qualifications
Degree Level or equivalent
