Full-Time Technical Support Specialist

Job Description

Please note that the position is based in Budapest, Hungary.

In this position, you are going to:

  • Provide first line technical support to clients, diagnose and resolve clients’ problems
  • Answer calls within stated time guidelines
  • Analyse and interpret client inquiries to ascertain and solve issue
  • Provide accurate and creative solutions to client problems meeting all pre-defined quality measurements
  • Escalate calls within stated guidelines
  • Provide information, advice or instruction in response to client inquiries
  • Provide a high degree of client satisfaction in all work undertaken
  • Receive and record client inquiries and process paperwork/systems relevant to client queries
  • Liaise internally to enable client queries to be answered and problems solved

As a successful candidate you will need:

  • Advanced level English and great verbal and written skills in one of the following languages: German, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Spanish
  • Good and effective communication skills
  • Customer focus (empathy)
  • Problem solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications
  • Willingness to work in shifts
