Full-Time Technical Support Specialist
Job Description
Please note that the position is based in Budapest, Hungary.
In this position, you are going to:
- Provide first line technical support to clients, diagnose and resolve clients’ problems
- Answer calls within stated time guidelines
- Analyse and interpret client inquiries to ascertain and solve issue
- Provide accurate and creative solutions to client problems meeting all pre-defined quality measurements
- Escalate calls within stated guidelines
- Provide information, advice or instruction in response to client inquiries
- Provide a high degree of client satisfaction in all work undertaken
- Receive and record client inquiries and process paperwork/systems relevant to client queries
- Liaise internally to enable client queries to be answered and problems solved
As a successful candidate you will need:
- Advanced level English and great verbal and written skills in one of the following languages: German, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Spanish
- Good and effective communication skills
- Customer focus (empathy)
- Problem solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications
- Willingness to work in shifts
