Full-Time Telephone-Based Financial Services Coordinator – Up To €50,000
Job Description
As a leading financial services business with offices in Budapest, we are looking to recruit financial planning coordinators for our District V office. The Coordinator role is an entry level position and provides a foundation to build upon your career in international financial planning.
You will ideally be from a strong client-facing background and have the ability to communicate on all levels. You will be highly organised and have the drive and motivation to meet targets and deadlines. The role will be predominantly telephone based in the early stages so you will need to be confident in gaining leads and have a credible phone manner.
You will work closely with an appointed Financial Planning consultant who you will gain appointments for through networking and researching potential clients in the area. This means that you should either have a proven track record of results in a similar role, or be success driven and looking for a new challenge.
The role will include:
• Developing potential client leads and business.
• Promoting the service the company provides.
• Liaising with your Financial Planning consultant and financial institutions.
• Providing administrational support to your financial planning consultant.
• Networking to gain knowledge of potential clients.
As a coordinator you will receive comprehensive training to enable you to progress within your role. The role also has an excellent structured career progression route within the company, which allows you the opportunity to develop as an International Financial Planning Consultant.
