Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced Telesales Team Leader, to join a dynamically growing company in organizing door-to-door parcel deliveries company based in Budapest, having subsidiaries in Romania, Slovakia and Czech Republic.
The purpose of the telesales operation is to drive the business forward by lead generation and appointment setting for the sales team. It is therefore a pivotal position for the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate, manage and evaluate sales team’s work.
- Active participation in the telesales activity.
- Ongoing development of the team and coaching
- Ensure and monitor high quality, efficient sales techniques are in place.
- Contribute to the long term strategy of the telesales operation.
In order to be successful in your application, it is important that you have:
- A proven record as successful telesales representative
- Minimum 3 years telesales experience and 1 year in a leadership role
- Determined, target hitter with a positive attitude and winning mentality.
