We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced person for the following role: Travel and Expense Analyst – Italian and Romanian speaking (fix term) Purpose of the role: Receiving, verifying and processing of expense claims, payment of the employee expense report. Liaise with employees to ensure expense claims are compliant. Issue resolution related to Travel and Expense (T&E) claims via phone and email. The position is fix term until 31 March 2014. Job purpose:
- Ensure that expense claims are properly meeting country specific tax and legal requirements. Match receipts against expense claims.
- Check expense claims which are not posted automatically and correct any errors.
- Rebook expenses if incorrect entries are made.
- Resolve back office related queries (internal and external)
- Establish good understanding of the end-to-end process working closely with the relevant parties.
- Deliver reports as needed. Analyse these and take, suggest corrective actions.
- Provide backup activities in the Procure to Pay team
- Account reconciliation of the Vendor ledger, Advance and Corporate card GL accounts
Requirements:
- Fluency in English AND Italian AND Romanian is a must
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and in written
- Responsible, initiative, result and customer oriented personality
- 1 year of relevant P2P/ Accounts Payable and/or Travel and Expense Reimbursements/ Finance Assistant experience is advantageous
- Strong problem solving skills
- Flexible and positive attitude.
- Requires understanding of integrated ERP Information Systems, preferably SAP
- Financial, Accountancy or Economist degree is an advantage
- Fix term contract – until 31 March 2014
