Job Description

Review of SOX Controls at pre-defined intervals:

1. User management
2. Reviewing access rights (based on pre-defined rules for access rights.
3. Review of Interface and evidence creation

Actively support Internal Audit (IA) team on audit activity:

• Generate reports / data as requested
• Provide evidences for samples as requested
• User master – Add / create / change / delete
• Interface listing / testing
• Change release
• Clarify any issues identified

Support External Audit

1. Present / explain current procedures followed for…
2. User access provision / modification / deletion
3. Program Change release
4. Actively support the IA team and generate Audit reports, as required
5. Participate in discussions with the audit team and clarify any issues / points they raise

If any deviation / gap is found in the existing processes, highlight them to Customer and work together with Customer to correct it or obtain approval for deviation.
