Job Description
Our prestigious multinational client with worldwide presence is looking for Web Product Analyst with English knowledge to their Krakow-based business service center.
Description:
To extract content per the guidelines shared, which are servable over an ad network and are viewable by our users/advertisers alike. Hence it calls for consistent accuracy and quality at 99%+ level.
Web Product Analyst will provide the services to our Client, one of the best known search engines, hence high quality deliverables are expected from the analyst.
Role responsibilities:
– Provide excellent customer service and delight customers by exceeding their Expectations,
– Ensure logical and meaningful extraction of URL content,
– Prepare and implement action plans to drive process improvements,
– Deliver high quality of extraction consistently w/t fail and ensure process compliance,
– Develop domain expertise.
Skills/Qualifications:
You must have:
– Customer support or technical support experience in online industry (2 to 3 years) preferably with processes related to data curation / extraction,
– Excellent Communication Skills (both written & oral) in Polish and English,
– Good knowledge of websites, and how to navigate to obtain desired information,
– Experience in Content writing or data entry is a plus,
– Focus on accuracy/eye for details,
– Decision making skills.
Nice if you have:
– Basic knowledge of excel sheets,
– Strong Logical/ Analytical skills (cognitive ability),
– Excellent time management skills,
– Extremely proactive and organized with a track record of success in a team environment,
– Knowledge on Google Adwords/ ad products is a plus
