Full-Time Western European Account Manager (German speaking)

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and strategic thinker to join our rapidly growing Customer Success team. Prezi currently has over 60 million users worldwide, many of whom are businesses that are using Prezi within their organization.

Based out of our Budapest office, the Customer Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to our European customers, helping them learn about Prezi functionality and features, deploy Prezi successfully to their team and drive the adoption of Prezi across their organization.  This role will work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and growth potential.

 

Role responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of customer’s business requirements to optimize the team’s usage of Prezi
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with account stakeholders, executives and C-suite leaders
  • Monitor, renew, and grow accounts within a named book of business
  • Manage onboarding of new accounts and ensure successful implementations
  • Design and implement programs to increase customer activation, engagement, and growth
  • Stay up to date with the latest in product development and communicate the product roadmap to customers to foster growth
  • Be the voice of the customer within Prezi and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve our business customers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop referenceable accounts and use cases for specific industry verticals and/or departmental functions
  • Maintains a 95%+ base renewal rate and 120%+ net annual revenue rate from named accounts

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of account management or customer success (Preferably with a SaaS product)
  • Native German language skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience conducting in-person training and webinars
  • Demonstrated an ability to build relationships with C-Level suite and executives
  • Passion for helping customers and committed to creating top customer service experiences
  • Excellent cross-functional people and project management skills
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity, multitask, and move with rapid speed
  • Ability to innovate, think creatively, and work collaboratively to address problems
  • Strong motivation to work both independently and with a larger team
  • Sense of urgency to perform / deliver results

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity and prior usage of Prezi’s presentation software
  • Experience at a software company focused on SaaS and/or cloud computing
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools
  • BA/BS Degree
