Job Description
Our multinational client operating all-over the world is now looking for an HR TEAM LEADER
Responsibilities:
• Continuously strive to deliver excellence in Customer Service
• Own specific work processes, being the HR/payroll expert, identifying ideas and investigating those raised by other team members to ensure maximum efficiency and perform re-engineering if necessary
• Maintain and improve accurate controls
• Allocate workload among team members
• Handle reporting requests to support decision making
• Participate in a wide variety of projects
• Train HR / Payroll practitioners
• Establish & maintain payroll records
• Validation of all payments and deductions
• Lead the implementation of changes and manage projects to improve timeliness, accuracy and efficiency of the HR / payroll processes
Requirements:
• Fluency in English and German languages both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1 year experience in Leading a team
• Knowledge of HR and payroll systems is essential
• Experience in using Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Clear and proactive communication and cooperation
• Ability to deal with complex issues, identify solutions and implement them
• Ability to work under own initiative, with minimal supervision
• Prioritizes work effectively
• Attention to detail, and accuracy in every aspect of the role, is essential
