Full-Time Web Developer
Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Web Developer at Anuation Labs, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about web technologies, stays updated on industry trends, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front-end Development:
- Develop visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Implement and maintain consistent design elements across websites.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.
- Back-end Development:
- Design and implement server-side logic, databases, and applications.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of features and integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Collaborate with other team members to integrate front-end and back-end aspects of the web application.
- Code Optimization and Maintenance:
- Identify and troubleshoot web-related issues and bugs.
- Conduct regular code reviews and performance optimization to ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to bring projects to completion.
- Communicate effectively to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
- Familiarity with database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
- Understanding of web development best practices and emerging trends.
- Additional Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
