Italian speaking Service Desk Agent position is open at our multinational client who is a worldwide known prestigious company in Budapest. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy communicating and helping people while they get excellent trainings and career opportunities.
As A Service Desk Agent you will be responsible for providing first level IT advice and excellent support to customers. You will act as the first point of contact for end users using e-mail and communication via phone. You will analyse requests and problems and develop solutions. Besides the customer communication you will have administration tasks and you may have to participate on site visits and customer meetings.
The ideal candidate for the Service Desk Agent role is:
- Fluent in English and Italian language
- Able to work under pressure and work in a team by supporting it’s members.
- Able to work in shifts and have good communication skills
- Customer focused with a positive attitude
- SSC background is an advantage but fresh graduates are also welcome
