Full-Time Business supporter/ Telemarketing operator with Slovak/Czech
Job Description
We are looking for a Telemarketing operator for our multinational partner.
Main tasks:
• Implementing and managing marketing related activities over the phone;
• Initiating contact with potential customers;
• Building a long-term client relationship along with marketing the company brands to ensure the growth of the company;
• Providing business support for the sales and marketing team;
• Collecting, summarizing and reporting the customers’ feedback.
• Executing administrative tasks;
• Creating records of collecting data into CRM program.

- Fluent in Slovak/Czech OR English;
- Secondary school with school leaving examination;
- Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing;
- Very good communication organization skills;
- Able to understand customer needs and challenges and to communicate effectively over the phone in order to identify opportunities;
- Having good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward client and co-workers.
