Your new role
As an IT Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for the following tasks:
– Keeping daily contact with international clients via phone and email
– Resolving IT related issues by finding the best and easiest solutions for upcoming problems
– Follow up incidents in connection with Microsoft software
– Troubleshooting, resolving and answering support queries or delegating them to a higher level
– Track and document customer calls by using ticketing system
– Communicating with external and internal stakeholders
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to successfully apply for this role, you need to have:
– Fluent German and at least intermediate English knowledge
– Customer-oriented approach
– User knowledge of Windows and Microsoft programs
– Excellent communication and problem solving skills
– Proactive attitude, willingness to learn
