Job Description
Tasks:
o Provide basic level IT support over the telephone and via e-mail to clients
o Respond to customer’s IT requests
o Take part in trainings
Requirements:
o Fluent English
o Near native level of support language (German , French or Dutch)
o Basic IT knowledge –general understanding of Windows, Office and Mobile devices
o Experience in IT support or customer service is required (6 months)
