Helpdesk Analyst with French/ German/ Dutch/ Italian/ Spanish language knowledge position is open at our multinational client, who is operating with a Shared Service Center and provides IT services in Budapest downtown.

As part of a newly established Helpdesk team the successful candidates will be able to handle various incidents following a “best practice” process. By learning new systems and processes the team’s main goal will be to support end-user customers in all kind of IT issues, ensure that set SLAs are kept and deliver valuable assistance. As a single point of contact the team will take whole responsibility for achieving customer satisfaction by improving processes constantly.
The Helpdesk Agent’s tasks are:
– Maintaining and improving the whole service system
– Handling customer requests in email and through phone conversation
– Be in daily contact with the external clients from English and French and German/ Italian speaker countries
– Cooperate with other support teams
– Act within agreed SLAs
– Share knowledge and experience with the team and Service Desk Manager
– Improve own and team performance
Requirements:
– Conversational level English skills and fluent language knowledge of French/ German/ Dutch/ Italian/ Spanish
– Excellent communication skills in written and verbal way
– Interested in learning new tools, systems, processes in the field of IT
– User knowledge of Microsoft programs
– Adaptable mindset
– Good and active team member
