Level 1 French IT Helpdesk Agent

As an IT Helpdesk Agent you will support PC users in Europe via phone and e-mail. You should deal with software and hardware related issues, giving step-by-step instructions to the customers. Moreover you should monitoring the incoming problems until they have been solved.
Requirements:
– Good computer knowledge and strong interest in IT
– Good knowledge of basic hardware and software
– Fluent French and English knowledge
– IT support experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are also welcome
– Willingness to work in shifts (7/24)
