Job Description
French/ Italian Speaker HR Support Specialist position is open at our key client which is a prestigious multinational production company. HR Direct advisor act as the primary HR Service Centre interface towards employees and managers and makes sure that HR related errands are solved and qualitative HR information is spread in the organisation.
Responsibilities of the HR Support Specialist are:
– Act as firs line support in HR Service centre i.e: be considered as the prime entrance to all HR matters
– Respond accurately and timely to incoming errands in ticket handling system
– Maintain and update changes of HR information to end users on portal after alignment
– Develop activities and work process and routines to ensure high efficiency and service delivery according to SLA’s and KPI’s within master data report administration
– Create and maintain records for employee related data
– Contact with global e-HR team related to international relocation and issues resolutions
In order to successfully apply for the HR Support Specialist role you need to have:
– College / University degree
– Minimum 1 year of customer facing experience (HR support, customer service, IT support, front office)
– Fluency in English and French/ Italian language
– Accuracy, proactivity, good communication skills and customer focused attitude
– SSC background is a great advantage
