Job Description

As Operations Manager you will be responsible for delivery management as well as day to day management of your team, including maintaining staff motivation and satisfaction level, scheduling adherence of the team and improving performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Will own and drive all SLA’s.
  • Manage customer relationship through regular communication with clients through weekly/ monthly reviews
  • Preparing/Reviewing Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports
  • Initiate and foster continuous improvement process. (root cause/problem solving)
  • Participate in new hire interviewing and the candidate selection process
  • Responsible for the overall achievement of team, division goals, service levels, etc.
  • Maintain employee morale and team concept
  • Performance review with all the team members
  • Prepare and maintain team scorecards for Monthly/Yearly reviews.
  • Define onboarding process for new hires.
  • Communicate all process and client changes to direct reports within specific timeliness.
  • Responsible for staffing and hiring.
  • Will assist Delivery Manager in managing onsite KT, Offshore KT and guided support

What we require:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • At least 4-6 years experience in a Senior Team Lead and/or Operations Manager role in an international customer service or call center environment
  • Service Desk or experience in a technical environment is a strong advantage
  • A good command of English and French is a must, both written and spoken
  • Understanding of Quality culture
  • Strong people management ability and experience
