Regional Benefits Manager Europe, Based either Vienna, Budapest or Timisoara

Global Electronics Company, who are renowned for achieving the impossible on behalf of their customers. This is a newly created role within the group and the role holder will be responsible for Compensation & Benefits across EMEA.  Based out of one of their European manufacturing sites and supported by the HR services centre for Europe, you will be an experienced pensions and benefits specialist who will be accountable for high quality employee benefits and pension processes across Europe. You will drive the design and implementation of European Rewards Standards

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Standard  benefit and pension processes:
– Lead and execute administration of all benefit and pension processes
– Maintain all local benefit policies, working alongside HR Teams to provide expertise and support ensuring that all payroll and benefits processes/procedures are documented, maintained and appropriately reviewed on a regular basis.

Annual renewal of  benefits:
– Ensure review of programs and help propose changes
– Follow up of yearly benefit review including the distribution of relevant benefit information and benchmark figures as agreed with Corporate HR and Regional HR.

Pension and associated risk insurances:
– Execute according to UK practice and legislation
– Liaise with pension trustees, associated risk insurance providers, their administrators and HR teams to ensure that the service proposition is achieved and remains compliant.

Vendor management:
– Manage the relationship with all 3rd party pensions and benefits brokers, advisors and administrators
– Work with third party pension and benefit administrators to oversee employee benefit programs and pensions. Also their administration and claims.

Qualifications & personal attributes

– Minimum of 5 years of benefits experience at a pensions and benefits specialist level

-Experience managing benefits across multiple sites

– Up to date understanding of the benefits and pension provision and legislative environment
– Experience of managing relationship with all 3rd party pensions and benefits brokers, advisors and administrators
– Strong numerical & analytical skills and strong attention to detail
– Experience of managing benefit review and annual processes
– Ability to demonstrate focus on continual improvement of benefits processes
– Experience of data analysis and benchmarking survey inputting
– Ability to demonstrate organised, pro-active and planned approach
– Strong written and oral communication skills
– Comfortable with maintaining and developing relationships across different stakeholders
– Capable of working on own projects and taking responsibility for workload
– Experience of managing a number of projects and priorities at the same time
– Experience of dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information
– Comfortable working in an international environment and culturally aware
– Comfortable providing support and guidance in all areas of the Group Reward Policy
– Advanced Excel skills and intermediate Word skills
