Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Works with the required expertise and care in line with the relevant rules, policies and
instructions given by the direct manager or substite.
2.Works in line with the GE Spirit & Letter guidelines.
3.Completely executes the tasks given by the direct manager.
4.On-going self-development, participation in the additional courses, training.
5.Order Management:
– Order entry
-Order change
-Order chase
-“CELL” activities – coordination and resolution of blocked orders in cooperation with other functions.
-Booking
-Urgent delivery handling
6.Customer enquiries
-Stock Check
-Price check
-Answering technical questions
-Answering web related inquiries
-Answering account related inquiries
-Handling document copy request
-Answering information request
7. Complaint management
-Log complaint
-Chais complaint
-Arrange collection of returned goods
-Follow-up with functions
7.Customer Master management
8.On-going documentation in Siebel
9.Communication with Customers
-Maintaining high quality relationship with dedicated customers
-Answering incoming customer calls
-Initiating & completing outbounding calls to customers
-Informing customers about promotions, buying opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements:
High School graduation degree
•Fluent in English and Dutch
•Working level of Microsoft Office applications
