Job Description
General job role responsibilities:
·Recognize job/people-related problems at SFV and Brno site. Analyze causes using existing techniques or tools, helps to prepare and recommend solution alternatives for CE Leadership team. Challenge the effectiveness of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve.
·Handling sites related internal communications
·Prepares Top Stories, local interviews with colleagues
·Regularly updates the Delivery Centre Central Europe, Brno, SFV wiki page
·Maintains Communications related databases (Forum, Lotus Connections, Flea-Market)
·Deliver key messages and about IBM internally
·Support IBM’s positioning as a Corporate Citizen and active community partner via CSR programs, Smarter Planet, etc
·Helps to develop effective w3 presence for Delivery Centre Central Europe, Szekesfehervar, Brno and use it as platform for promotion
·Cooperating with HR in employee programs’ promotion and organization
·Creating, editing and development of DC CE.me (biweekly newsletter)
·Cooperation with mainline-, country communications in Hungary and Czech Republic
·Updating and improving site visuals according to branding guidelines
·Developing and updating of intranet pages
·Coordinating and organizing DC internal events
·Collecting and sharing news on both sites of DC CE
·Improving DC CE image and brand
·Improving social media effectiveness for the DC CE community
·Organizing Quarterly Townhall meetings
·Helps to execute and develop executive communications on both CE sites
·Updating DC CE general presentations, org. charts
·Organizing Internal Communication in crisis situation
·Financial planning for communications related spending
Required
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 4 years experience in Communication
English: Fluent
Hungarian: Fluent
Preferred
Master’s Degree
