Job Description

To support local specific and legislation driven HR related issues and on spot and provide HR guidance in Sony Hungary. Support and participate in specific HR projects

 

Key Responsibilities & Scope for Decision Making

 

Payroll, Administration & SAP

– Cooperate with colleagues in HR SSC in payroll, social security, employee administration matters, give support in cases where documentation is produced in local language.

– Support the HR SSC in the management of external PY provider for Sony Hungary. Continuously liaise with HR SSC in optimalization and simplification of PA & PY processes in order to ensure all possible transactional tasks are delivered by HR SSC. Actively seek and design process improvement to ensure effective and legally compliant way of working.

– Monitor/ check HR SAP entries & administration, regularly audit SAP employee data, initiate necessary changes to be implemented by HR SSC to achieve  100% data accuracy .

– Monitor/Audit Exit and entry administration for Sony Hungary.

– Preparation of all HR related documents in local language (labour contracts, amendments, agreements, confirmations). Regularly monitor legal changes and ensure legal compliance by initiating revision/change when necessary.

– Collection and verification of payroll related documents (medical certificates, tax related documents, deduction, benefits management). Actively participate in payroll related audits.

– Liaise with Internal Communication specialist to ensure timely internal announcements

– Ad hoc admin support to the HR manager, employees and managers – especially focusing on documentation in local language. Regularly revise legal compliance of locally used documents in cooperation with the legal advisor.

– Liaise with HR SSC in expat administration for immigration, payroll and taxation. Deliver necessary tasks where local presence, local language knowledge is required. Advise  expatriates in mmigration related actions to be taken when required. Liase with external taxation consultants in expat related topics.

– Support and advise employees, management, HR SSC and HR Manager in all cases where local language, legislation, taxation, payroll, social security, employee relations knowledge is required. Keep up to date with local legistlation, act as internal advisor in related topics to HR Manager and line managers.

– Follow and develop up to date YourHR portal understanding and practical knowledge to be able to advise normal users  in order to ensure all employees are enable to use Employee Self Service and all HR tools.

Benefits Management

– Liaise with HR SSC in suppliers´ management & optimalization of on-going programs. Keep up to date with benefit related taxation, legistlation, advise/suggest on related changes. Manage service providers.

– Fleet management admin support

Recruitment

– Support HR manager and the business managers in local market responsibility with recruitment process and coordination for non-managerial positions where local HR support is required. Advise on local market practices, features to business managers.

Temporary Employees Management in liaison with HR SSC

– In liaison with HR SSC monitor suppliers´ management and qualitative control.

HR support to Sony Czech and Slovakia

– Presence in the Hungary/Budapest office to provide on-site support to employees/managers in the described tasks. Provide HR support and consultancy to business managers.

– Act as point of contact and provide first class service for authorities/employees when only local language documentation, request is available.

– Various project participation as requested

 

Qualifications & Experience

– College degree or equivalent (University degree is an advantage)

– Previous experience in a similar role 3-5 years minimum 

– Experienced working for an international company

– Good understanding of key HR processes

– Knowledge of personnel environment, issues and labour law, payroll and social security

– Experience in immigration processes is an advantage

– Fluent English, Hungarian as native language

– Computer literate, SAP experience is an advantage
