Full-Time Junior Accounts Payable specialist
Job Description
Our multinational client is a prestigious company with worldwide presence, for which we are looking for Junior Account Payable specialist with English language knowledge to their Budapest-based business service center.
Roles & Responsibilities
Invoice processing
– Receive, monitor, register, scan, copy, upload and code documents into our financial system
– Ensure that all invoices are approved by the relevant approving authority
– Archive original documents
– Follow up the invoices until the payment
Expense report processing
– Manage travel advance requests
– Review verify travel expense reports
– Follow up the payments to employee/ balance payments of travel expense according to travel policies
– Archive all original expense bills and documents
Vendor management
– Set up and maintain vendor database
– Communicate with vendors for necessary details about invoices and payments (credit notes, reminders, debt collector errands, correcting incorrect invoices/claims)
– Assist in financial, client, external and internal audits
Admin team support
– Back-up miscellaneous Activities of the Admin team in case of absences
– Support Corporate accommodation program administration
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience (finance) at a multi-national environment. Ideally, he/she will have a degree in Finances or business administration.

– An interest in learning to create appealing reports, decks and material for use in leadership reviews
– Exposure to other cultures (Having worked in a remote environment)
– A good command of the English language
– Advanced knowledge and interest in Microsoft Excel is a plus
