Full-Time Customer Communications Specialist
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Call Centre Representative, for a work-from-home opportunity, that will be the liaison between the company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will have strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills, and will be able to effectively handle customer issues, and inquiries, keeping the team goals at the core of every decision and behavior.
Requirements:
- Decent Internet connection
- Computer/laptop and headset that can be used for work
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
- Must possess and professional and friendly attitude, and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
- Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets
- High school degree
