Customer Happiness Team

Our customer happiness team works on delivering the absolute best experience to our customers via email, Twitter, live chat and any other way possible. We believe that fast, personal replies make people really happy. For this reason, we hold ourselves to the highest standard. Currently we’re focused on improving our systems and being the best at customer service. We do this by listening to our customers, geeking out over data, and learning from our customers. We are very focused on sharing feedback, support each others self-improvement efforts, and learning from each other.
