Full-Time Landscape Operations Architect
Job Description
| – Teampower is looking for Saudi Arabia, Landscape Operations Architect to a company specialized in engineering works for Landscaping and Facilities Cities entrance and recreation áreas. |
| Job Description: |
| -Leading the landscape package of site works, with a fully integrated and dynamic relationship between design and construction activities. – Liaising with clients, professional staff including and sub-contractors. – Liaising and coordinating site and project related issues with the landscape and infrastructure design teams. – Demonstrate a positive attitude at all times whilst understanding the impact of decisions on all aspects of the project; – To fully understand design, construction and progress reporting; – To be able to define and acknowledging problems, analyzing and providing design solutions; – Monitoring and reviewing work on site; – Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings; – Working collaboratively with internal design departments and external consultants including urban designers, architects, planners, economists, transportation, lighting and infrastructure engineers etc; – Monitoring of work produced by others within and external to the Landscape Department in the process of preparing reports and documentation for issue; – Ensuring the Company’s QA system is applied at all times; |
| Requirements: |
| – Have between 10 and 15 years experience; – Degree in Landscape Architecture/Design and preferably a postgraduate degree/diploma in Landscape architecture; – A sound understanding of detail landscape design and a good technical knowledge; – Excellent design, writing, communication and presentation skills; – Attention to detail; – Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure; – Initiative, motivation and be a team player; – Must be fluent in written and spoken English and have good report writing abilities; – We accept applications from Portugal, South Africa and East European Countries (Russia, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Moldova, Serbia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Belarus, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia); |
