JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Sales advisor/Cashier
Department / Division: Retail
Reports to: (Store Manager, Vice Store Manager)

Task:
Boggi’s Cashier manages operations connected to petty cash and cash collection (payments, returns, invoices, credit notes, charge sends, preparation of deposits) in compliance with corporate regulations and procedures.
Updates client database and carries out administrative activities to support store staff.
Responsibilities
- Manages all the procedures of cash opening, verifying cash availability and the correct operation of all cash tools
- Manages payments in cash, currencies, credit cards and checks, checking the regularity under the provisions and tools provided (Centax for checks and bills verification)
- Issues national and International sales invoices and Tax Free, all in accordance with local regulations
- Handles payments, returns (the return is typically handled by the seller), the issue of vouchers and credit notes to customers, under the supervision of a responsible
- Follows the sales payments for “correspondence” through credit cards and bank transfer dealing with the reference authorities with the necessary checks
- Provides for the daily cash closing checking the correspondence of the daily collection
- Provides for the printing of the zero setting and updating of fees Book
- Makes the distinct contributions and where available, the documentation for the regular withdrawal, taking care of delivery and related receipts
- Keeps up-to-date the corporate customer database
- Manages the use of petty cash following the company rules on spending limits
- Performs secretarial activities in support to the store
