Tasks:

  • Performing full life cycle of incident management process, starting with incident logging to call closure and customer satisfaction survey;
  • Providing voice and email technical support to End Users and co-ordination with Vendors, Client Problem Management team;
  • Proactive monitoring and performing documented escalation process.Providing troubleshooting on:
    – Application Support;
    – VPN software and collaboration tools;
    – Password reset and remote control tools;
    – MS Windows & Office, Desktops, Laptops, iPAD Peripherals and Networking;
    – Application and Workplace IT & Communications & Collaboration Support (including IP Telephony).

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Dutch, Swedish;
  • At least 1-2 years in similar position;
  • Experience on Desktop and application support;
  • Working with ITSM (IT service management) ticketing tools;
  • Working knowledge of ITIL framework;
  • Accredited certification on maintenance of PCs, mobile devices, laptops, operating systems and printers;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience of working in 24/7 environment.

Advantages:

  • 2+ year or more experience in similar role;
  • ITIL V3 Service Desk Analyst;
  • CompTIA A+ / Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST);
  • Comp TIA PDI+ ;
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS).

Location: Budapest, 13th district, Váci út 76.

Licence number: 21721-1/2012.

Gross monthly salary level: from 380.000 to 440.000 HUF depeding on language skills/experience.
