Full-Time Account Support Representative – Corporate Customers (English & German)
Job Description
General Summary :
The account support representative (ASR) is responsible for managing Order Processing and Administrative tasks for 100% of the orders. He is responsible for a customer portfolio and should answer or follow up with any customer requests. He is responsible also for all other orders quoted by Sales Representative, from Order Received to download to manufactory. He ensures customer Experience thru first time Right approach, same day offline order processing (booking), prompt customer request handling and proactive customer communication in a very professional manner.
KEY PRIORITIES:
- Provide full administrative support to designated Internal Sales representative(s) and associated account set. Ensure strong partnership, collaboration is build and maintained with designated Internal Sales representative(s).
- Manage client business on designated accounts and proactively drive business
- Manage order receipt and order processing for all type of products with high quality & within agreed service level agreement.
- Create strong relationship with your customers to ensure customer needs are met as requested and even exceeded.
- Main contact for all internal departments to resolve issues and to drive high customer experience. (Customer Care, Credit & Collections, End to End..)

Functional Technical skills
- Good knowledge/understanding of Dell processes and procedures
- Knowledge of relevant Dell applications – GII, ORL, Premier pages
- Good IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
