Full-Time Administrative Assistant – Urgent Requirement – Excellent Salary – Budapest, Hungary

Job Description:
- Candidate should have 2 – 4 experience in Admin and preferable exposure to finance function.
- Independently manage the function.
- Coordinating with vendors , landlord etc. in the new delivery center set-up in Budapest
- Day to Day Tasks – Budapest Office
- Answer all incoming calls , maintain office equipment, stationery supplies, laptops and modems.
- Assisting with Employee on-boarding and accommodation
- Assisting Delivery center head with expenses, calendar, meetings etc.
- Finance co-ordination : Ensuring all invoices, tax documents, bank documents etc. are promptly scanned and sent to head office. Co-ordination with vendors / banks etc. for resolving any queries. Raising purchase requisitions for administrative costs. Filing of documents.
- General HR tasks – assisting employee with any queries, co-ordinating for any documents etc.
- Marketing Events – work with Sales Team, with invitations, venue arrangement, payments. Follow through with event managers making sure everything is organized and ready
- Any other administrative tasks.
