Job Description:

  • Candidate should have 2 – 4 experience in Admin and preferable exposure to finance function.
  • Independently manage the function.
  • Coordinating with vendors , landlord etc. in the new delivery center set-up in Budapest
  • Day to Day Tasks – Budapest Office
  • Answer all incoming calls , maintain office equipment, stationery supplies, laptops and modems.
  • Assisting with Employee on-boarding and accommodation
  • Assisting Delivery center head with expenses, calendar, meetings etc.
  • Finance co-ordination : Ensuring all invoices, tax documents, bank documents etc. are promptly scanned and sent to head office. Co-ordination with vendors / banks etc. for resolving any queries. Raising purchase requisitions for administrative costs. Filing of documents.
  • General HR tasks – assisting employee with any queries, co-ordinating for any documents etc.
  • Marketing Events – work with Sales Team, with invitations, venue arrangement, payments.  Follow through with event managers making sure everything is organized and ready
  • Any other administrative tasks.
