As a Business Specialist, you’ll play a unique and integral role in driving key business decisions, supporting operations and influencing business results. How? By ensuring high customer satisfaction by having a quick turn around time for BP payments, keep the portfolio system and other fulfillment processes up to date. Perform all administrative tasks precisely, ensure a satisfactory Business Control status. Understand process changes and perform tasks accordingly. Support satisfactory Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and audit results for the supported geographies.
Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with the IGF team in the local office. Actively communicate with team members, Customers, BPs and other stakeholder. Ensure a positive atmosphere, be available and responsive for requests to contribute to high customer satisfaction and business growth.
The position requires language skill both in English and on Finnish language that would allow the candidate to keep daily contact with our clients and Business partners on these languages.
Required
Bachelor’s Degree
Basic knowledge in in similar back office or customer handling roles can be an advantage
