Full-Time Clinical Research Physician
Job Description
Department: Medical Consultancy Reports to: Medical Director
Europital is an international organization dedicated to Medical Management and Scientific Research. We provide expert medical services in clinical research and drug development to our clients in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device industry.
ROLE:
The Clinical Research Physician will provide support to the project teams in order to ensure that projects of all phases are conducted according to the highest ethical principles and medical standards, good Pharmacovigilance practices with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Location: Budapest, Hungary
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES include:
• Overseeing safety issues of clinical projects
• Providing all necessary medical support functions in clinical studies as defined by project specific contractual obligations
• Act as medical monitor for ongoing studies
• Review safety data including, but not limited to, SAEs
• Provide training for project teams in therapeutic areas as requested
• Reviewing of study documentation
• Contributing to investigator meeting presentations
• Reviewing of individual patient data and laboratory reports
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
• Medical degree
• Previous experience in clinical research within either Pharma or CRO is a plus but not a must
PERSONAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including proficiency in English
• Ability for working independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel on an as-need basis
• Excellent presentation skills
• Good computer skills (MS: Outlook, Word, Excel)
