Tasks:
•Responsible for managing customers’ portfolios;
•Maintain appropriate and accurate records for collections;
•In charge of contacting customers for collection of payments;
•Liaise with different departments to resolve customer inquiries related to delayed payments;
•Research and resolve account discrepancies;
•Prepare detailed statements of account;
•Act as information source for risk decisions on customer rating;
•Provide a professional touch in handling clients through exceptional communication skills.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Finance;
•1-3 years of progressive experience in credit management OR corporate collections OR credit and collections specialist;
•Advanced level of spoken and written Russian and English;
•Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations;
•Self-assured and assertive personality;
•Numerate with strong analytical skills.
