CUSTOMER CARE AND AFTERSALES MANAGER (UKRAINE & NEW MARKETS), BASED IN BUDAÖRS

 

One of the world’s biggest automotive companies is seeking a Russian & English speaker expert candidate to work as a Customer Care and Aftersales Manager (Ukraine & New Markets) in Budaörs.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsibility for overall Aftersales Field Operations in Ukraine & New Markets
  • Leading Customer Experience, P&A Sales & Marketing activities in the region
  • Monitoring and controlling Revenue Management process and Sales Incentive budget spending effectiveness
  • Driving improved customer satisfaction, ensuring world class customer ownership experience
  • Participating in Europe Aftersales budget and business planning process
  • Coordinating AR network activities, monitoring AR performance, observing improvement plans
  • Developing motivated, dedicated and skilled field team

PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • University/College degree. Technical or commercial specialization preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the field of engineering, automotive market, commercial or technical field operations
  • Excellent command of written and spoken RUSSIAN and ENGLISH language
  • User-level MS Office and Outlook skills

CCA MANAGER UKRAINE & NEW MARKETS (based in Budaörs)

One of the world’s biggest automotive companies is seeking an expert candidate to work as a Customer Care and Aftersales Manager (Ukraine & New Markets) in Budaörs.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage Aftersales field operations:
  • Ensure regular scheduled visits
  • Monitor ARs performance and results: Parts sales, Material management (availability, inventory levels and turns, etc.), Warranty performance based on RIP and WAIT processes, SSS
  • Pay a special attention for recall / rework campaigns, assuring ARs active participation for country target achievement & Aftersales programs
  • Initiate and monitor improvement and escalation action plans
  • Ensure proper warranty control processes in the field, (including spot checks of warranty claims, parts scrapping, etc.)
  • Manage development of Authorized Repairer (AR) network according to local legislation
  • Ensure proper handling of customer complaints and technical cases
  • Perform role of Ukraine & New Markets liaison with European Aftersales:
  • Ensure proper communication to ARs
  • Provide feedback to European Aftersales, including: Reporting (including technical product reports, e.g. FPR), Customer / technical cases, ARs issues
  • Ensure support, co-ordination, implementation and monitoring of Aftersales initiatives
  • Initiate and propose Aftersales initiatives. Provide input to European Aftersales initiatives including local market research, AR input, etc
  • Co-ordinate and implement approved Aftersales initiatives: Ensure ARs commitment and active participation, Ensure proper program communication using available communication material and approved media communication, Monitor results and take corrective action if needed
  • Ensure support, co-ordination and monitoring for Revenue Management activities
  • Maintain close contacts with Sales and Marketing team of the region to ensure effective co-operation and consistency in ARs relations
  • Ensure a proper and legally correct spend of the Aftersales Budget and support European Aftersales budget & business planning process
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and local law. Ensure that applicable process controls are in place
  • Support auditors in performing Dealer/AR audits
  • Develop motivated, dedicated and skilled team of field personnel capable to cope with stretch targets and intense workload

Professional & personal requirements:

EDUCATION: University/College degree. Technical or commercial specialization preferred.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of relevant experience in the field of engineering, automotive market, commercial or technical field operations.
