Forest & Ray Dental Practice is an international health provider that has been active in the UK since 2007. Our aim is to provide a high quality service for each patient and to make them completely confident to show their beautiful smiles. We are a team of professionals from each field of dentistry (hygienist, general dentists, oral surgeons, orthodontists etc.) and so there is no dental issue we cannot deal with. Our clinic is in the centre of London and is open seven days a week from 8am to 10pm.

We are currently seeking to employ a customer care representative. This role includes managing incoming phone calls, e-mails, giving adequate information to patients, booking appointments and also selling treatment packages.

The ideal applicant is self-motivated, has a very strong sales attitude and has experience in customer service.

We offer the customer care representative the possibility of further trainings and courses, and a salary which is based on the fix amount + sales bonus.
