Full-Time Customer Support Assistant (English and Norwegian)
Job Description
Our partner, one of the biggest companies in the world, is looking for energetic candidates who speak English AND Norwegian for Customer Support Assistant position.
Roles and responsibilities:
- communicate effectively with our customers and suppliers
- provide world class customer service in English AND Norwegian
- manage customer claims and customer database
- properly handle customer complaints
- track order activities and consignment process
Qualifications:
- fluency in English and Norwegian
- good problem solving and analytical skills
- excellent interpersonal and team working skills
- knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- 0-2 years experience
