Full-Time Customer Support Assistant with fluent English AND Dutch language knowledge
Job Description
For our multinational client we are looking for new colleagues with perfect English AND Dutch language knowledge.
Tasks:
• manage customer claims
• properly handle customer complaints
• track order activities
• track the consignment process
• regular communication with key customers in ENGLISH AND Dutch
• manage and maintain the customer database
Qualifications:
• fluency in the above mentioned languages
• good analytical and problem solving skills
• excellent interpersonal and team working skills, high level of problem solving skills
• excellent time management: ensure tasks/queries are carried out timely
• excellent customer service
• knowledge of SAP an advantage
• maximum 0-2 years of relevant experience or less
