We are looking for multilingual talents with a high digital affinity to join our Customer Support Team at REGIONDO GmbH, Activity Booking Software. Virtual meetings & digital communication channels make it possible to work closely, with the colleagues based in Munich.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and handling customer phone calls and Emails
  • Support customers in general questions and assisting in solving their issues
  • Use a variety of modern communication channels to offer the best possible service
  • Administratively process the customer experience cases via different computer applications

Requirements

  • Excellent Language Skills:
  • English and German and one more of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, French
  • Digital Affinity and good Computer skills, IT skills is an advantage
  • Experience in Customer Support is an advantage
