Jobhouse Ltd., for its Customer, world-class leader in design, manufacturing and marketing of Power Tools, Techtronic Industries Group (TTI) www.ttigroup.com, whose brand portfolio includes Milwaukee©, AEG©, Ryobi© and Homelite© is looking for a person to work in its dynamically developing shared service center (SSC) in Budapest in the position of:
Czech/Slovak Speaking Marketing Specialist
Location of work: Budapest, Hungary

Responsibilities include:
- setting trade marketing objectives and KPIs;
- developing effective purchaser and trade plans and activities, POSM, channel standards for traditional trade channel based on the brand objectives, channel expertise, and customer/purchaser insights;
- ensuring excellent execution in the field using these programs and standards;
- providing the analytical and planning support to Sales and related functions.
- in the cooperation with Sales teams translating brand strategies into comprehensive channel strategies, plans & programs to create competitive advantage in the market place.
- developing and ensuring excellence in execution of an annual channel plans.
- evaluating all opportunities to ensure ahead-of-market capabilities development, runs test projects fitting into long-term company
- setting up thorough assessment of effectiveness and cost efficiency of various trade marketing and sales-related programs (national and local), identifying best practices and presenting them for the national / international rollout.
- providing timely communication to Sales (BMP, Customers) about new programs, launches, events and other relevant information. Updating sales presenter and other sales / promo materials whenever required.
- visiting trade outlets to ensure effective program execution and up to date channel understanding and expertise
Experience/Skill set required:
- experience in development and execution of the trade marketing strategy in a consumer goods environment, preferably in a company recognized for its successful product leadership and execution of such programs.
- experience and expertise in commercial environment with emphasis around developing, launching, implementing, or executing marketing initiatives within traditional-trade channels
- experience in power tool category will be a significant plus
- business travel required: valid driving license, no restrictions of travel abroad
- advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- marketing MA degree will be an additional advantage
- fluent Czech, Slovak and English
- place of residence in Budapest or willingness to relocate
