Job Summary:
The Data Steward Manager is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the Data Steward department. They are responsible for the overall quality, efficiency, and improvement of all department systems and processes. They are responsible for the complete delivery of all Veeva data stewardship services for the assigned region.
Responsibilities:
Primary representative of the Data Stewardship department in all aspects
Accountable for all work performed by Data Stewardship department
Responsible for meeting all departmental expectations and deadlines
Responsible for all innovation, process improvement, and departmental development
Able to recruit successfully; attract and hire, building a high quality team
Responsible for Employee Success
Requirements:
BA/BS or equivalent degree
Mid-level management experience
Proficiency in Windows, Google apps, MS Office and other standard software applications
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate
Highly organized, attention to detail and focus on quality
Experience with medical background, medical and life science industries, sales or market research experience preferred
Vision, a proven ability to prepare for the future
Ambition, strategic planning and execution
Fluent in English
Nice to Have:
Comprehension of network administration
Basic technical computer maintenance skills
