We are interested in hiring an enthusiastic individual to find the right talent for our multinational clients for white collar temporary positions. A talented recruitment professional, who is detail oriented, determined to succeed and has Labour Law knowledge and experience.
The Delivery Consultant is going to be responsible for:
Preparing and advertising job postings
Pre-filtering incoming applications
Resource in different databases
Proactively approach potential talents
Directly contact and pre-screen candidates over the phone
Interview selected candidates
Manage the recruitment process from the beginning to the end
Maintenance of temporary employees
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment either in HR or Agency side
University or college degree
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility and multitasking abilities
Fluent English and Hungarian
Labour Law knowledge or experience
