Desk Based Account Manager – Romanian Speaking
You will be part of our Enterprise Commercial & Sales Services Team Supporting small & medium enterprises by enabling them to grow with the help of Vodafone’s revolutionizing solutions and services.
What you will do:
- Fully manage and maintain set customer portfolio
- Contribute to the achievement of Vodafone Global Enterprise sales goals
- Selling new products and services to existing and new business customers
- Realize sales and retention targets by providing industry leading Account Management services
- Support in growing revenues for existing large Vodafone Global Enterprise customers in Romania through lead-generation and penetration of their small and independent subsidiaries
- Work together with the National Account Managers and Support Team in Romania to ensure highest customer experience achieved
- Calculate pricing and preparing saving analyses
- Build proposals and customer reports
Requirements:
- Fluent Romanian and English language skills
- Experience in customer focused area
- Experience in sales is an advantage
- Experience in telecommunications industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Strong negotiation skills
