Job Description
Dutch Speaker Collection Specialist position is open at our client who is a prestigious multinational company, and operating shared service centre in Budapest. This is an exciting opportunity for talents who would like to join a busy, dynamically growing team.
The responsibilities of the Dutch Collection Specialist are the following:
– Assessing customer records and recommend payment plans based on earnings, payment history and purchase activity
– Performing collection activities, monitor debts
– Liaising with customers to resolve complaints
– Making decision on holding/releasing customer orders
– Verifying financial and credit transactions
– Establishing and maintaining appropriate credit lines for new and existing customers
To be considered as an ideal candidate you are required to have University or College degree with 0-2 years experience within an SSC/BSC environment as a Cash Collection Specialist or similar position. You are also required to have good analytical, and strong problem solving skills along with outstanding communication skills. The candidate has to speak English and Dutch languages fluently.
